CAP is the education program run by USA Volleyball.  What does this mean for your athletes? It means they took the time to learn from the governing body of volleyball in the U.S. and are up to date on all coaching techniques that are out there. We are all also committed to working together to teach the same techniques and wording regardless of age. We have mentor coaches with over 35 years of coaching and playing experience that will be at practices helping all our athletes to get better.  And last of all, all our coaches are dedicated to your athlete’s improvement and have a lifelong love for volleyball!

Amelia Jones: Coach 15-2
Volleyball has been a big part of my life for 13 years since I started playing at 9 years old for BCVC I am now 22 years old. I played in high school, at Middleburg, for four years. I now play on an  inter-murals men’s team for league ball traveling to different local tournaments. I have also played fours on a grass team along with beach volleyball in my free time. All I can say is once you pick up a volleyball you never want to drop it or let it go, it stays with you for life.
