COACHES 2021-2022
Our coaches are trained by USA Volleyball in Increased Mastery and Professional Application of Coaching Theory (IMPACT) as well as Coaching Accreditation Program (CAP) Levels 1 and 2 coaching techniques. CAP is the education program run by USA Volleyball. What does this mean for your athletes? It means they took the time to learn from the governing body of volleyball in the U.S. and are up to date on all coaching techniques that are out there. We are all also committed to working together to teach the same techniques and wording regardless of age. We have mentor coaches with over 35 years of coaching and playing experience that will be at practices helping all our athletes to get better. And last of all, all our coaches are dedicated to your athlete’s improvement and have a lifelong love for volleyball!
